Project: A large 1500 bed hospital hired us to examine its electricity and natural gas spend, across its 20 acre campus.
Analysis: Billing histories and customer service records were gathered and subjected to a detailed audit. It was found that electric costs could be reduced by changing and consolidating metering. Results for Client: Annual cost reductions resulting from the implementation of new electric metering and pre-paying gas costs through a structured 3 rd party escrow account have resulted in total savings of over 25%. (These cost savings are ongoing.) Carbon credit savings are under negotiation.
